• Free plan. Core form building and response collection, no card required.
• Pro. A paid subscription (monthly or yearly), at the price and with the features shown at checkout. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime deal. A one-time payment for permanent Pro access.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and also handles order enquiries and returns. Your card details never touch our servers. Refunds are issued by Paddle: request one from us or directly at paddle.net. Pro and lifetime purchases come with a 14-day refund: contact us within 14 days of purchase and the refund is processed through them, no questions asked.
